As a composite material LAMILUXplan can be manufactured with a variety of different surfaces, in different shapes and colours (RAL, NCS scale, customer-specific shades). Glass fibre reinforced sheets and coils are easy to combine or bond with other materials and thus perfectly match to the design of your products.
When customers are working on innovative products and looking to explore new fields, we are capable of adapting LAMILUXplan composites to new applications and match a customer's material specifications.
LAMILUXplan can be produced in widths of up to 3.20 m and thicknesses of between 0.90 mm and 5.00 mm. For material thicknesses of up to 3.00 mm LAMILUXplan can be supplied as coils with lengths of up to 250 m or in sheet form. Thicknesses above this and up to 5.00 mm are typically shipped as sheets.
LAMILUXplan can be produced with superior finishing, reverse side treatment for post-processing, and in transparent or coloured opaque style. State-of-art production technology supports consistent and reproducible quality which is further guaranteed by continuous quality management.
