Rain-proof ventilation by LAMILUX uses the kinetic energy of the external airflow to boost the efficiency of the ventilating system.
This is achieved by means of two independent bypass openings that feed separate channels.
Rain-proof ventilation is fitted to the LAMILUX heightening element Fit 6 with a height of 20 cm.

Matching ventilators are available for fitting to the upstands of the rigid, ventilated CI System rooflight dome F80. The only condition is an upstand with a height of at least 50 cm.

The aeration and deaeration ventilator has a motor-driven closing cap and a shaped weather protection hood. An electronic controller (surface mounted type with combined rotary/on-off switch) gives customers infinite control of the ventilator motor.

Do you need to open the rooflight dome from the roof or interior side for access to the roof? We offer a special opening mechanism for single-sided roof ingress or egress for the CI System ventilated rooflight dome F80.
The equipment you need for this comprises a handle, a lever lock, a telescopic damper: it is supplied ready fitted to the rooflight dome. This system gives you the ability to open the rooflight dome up to an angle of 90°. In addition to this we offer a motor-driven roof egress system.
