A modern climbing centre in the heart of the Tyrolean mountains
With the Bergstation, a modern bouldering and climbing centre for all generations was created in Telfs. Offering around 1,400 m² of climbing space, the facility includes bouldering and rope climbing areas, training zones, course areas as well as lounge and bistro spaces for socialising. The open design encourages interaction and community, creating a modern climbing environment with a unique atmosphere.

Daylight shapes the open hall architecture
The installed LAMILUX Continuous Rooflights B provide the hall with large amounts of natural daylight and create evenly illuminated sports areas. This results in bright interior spaces with comfortable visual conditions and an open spatial experience throughout the climbing hall. Particularly in the high-ceilinged areas, natural daylight supports orientation and occupant comfort, accompanying the sporting experience from the bouldering area to the climbing routes.

Comfortable conditions for sport and training
In addition to providing natural daylight, the Continuous Rooflight systems also perform important functions for the daily ventilation of the hall. Integrated ventilation flaps support natural air circulation and contribute to a pleasant indoor atmosphere for climbing and training. This creates balanced conditions, even during periods of intensive use.

Safety as part of the hall concept
Sport, movement and community define the Bergstation – alongside a well-considered safety concept. The integrated Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilation (SHEV) function complements the Continuous Rooflight systems with an important safety feature and supports the requirements of modern climbing and sports halls.
The LAMILUX skylights therefore combine an open spatial atmosphere, a high level of occupant comfort and a well-designed hall concept to create a modern climbing environment for all generations.
