when light becomes a focal point

Circular skylights for open and bright living spaces

Light entering from above fundamentally changes the perception of architecture. It creates a sense of openness, sets deliberate accents and makes interior spaces feel more dynamic. The circular skylights from LAMILUX bring exactly this quality into the living space and shape the overall atmosphere of the home.

Strategically positioned sources of light

In high-quality residential architecture, daylight plays a central role in shaping the atmosphere and quality of interior spaces. Light from above creates a sense of openness and emphasises spatial impact.

Five circular LAMILUX Glass Skylight FE units structure the roof surface and create targeted points of light within the building. They bring daylight deep into the interior, creating bright, open living areas with a distinctive character. In the central zones, this results in a spacious feeling, while smaller skylights provide additional illumination for areas such as bathrooms and hallways, while also enabling natural ventilation.

Technology that stays in the background

The daylight elements were prefabricated by LAMILUX in Rehau on thermally insulated upstands and could therefore be precisely integrated into the roof structure on site. This ensures fast installation as well as permanently airtight and watertight connections. The high-quality glazing creates pleasant lighting conditions while also supporting the building’s energy efficiency.

Architecture shaped by light

Form, function and daylight interact to define the spatial effect of the house. The circular skylights create deliberate accents and structure the interior through light and shadow. This results in distinct spatial zones, each with its own atmosphere, while the incoming light itself becomes a defining design element that enhances the overall architectural expression.
